• IT Technician

  Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information Technology or any related courses;
  • Preferably with NC II on Computer System Servicing; 
  • CISCO/Mikrotik Certified;
  • Background on networks (Windows and Ubuntu)

  Duties & functions:

  • Configure and maintain the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications
  • Ensure data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
  •  Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
  • Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
  • Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
  • Providing technical support upon request.

  Skills needed:

  • Technical skills - Computer system repairs (Hardware and Software), maintenance, administration and management of network security;
  • Good communication skills (report management); housekeeping and maintenance skills
  • Proficient in open-source software for use in offices.

  Other conditions:

  • Willing to work overtime
  • Willing to work on-call during weekends 
  • Preferably from Aparri area
